This is an unconscious Kagome, surrounded by Sesshoumaru's seven sons. The oldest one, named Yoshikazu has a crescent on his forehead like his father. He has a twin named Shinji. Then there are the triplets, Hisoka, Hitoshi and Akihiro. The youngest ones are also twins; Yuudai and Isamu.
I'm sure those who have read this amazing story recognize this scene.
